At Eau Gallie Veterinary Hospital we aim to not only keep your pet healthy through regular preventative care, but to also educate you on how to be a better dog or cat owner. Our veterinarians will provide expert advice in behavior, nutrition, general wellness, and more to help you keep your pet in the best shape possible between our suggested bi-annual physical exams.

Depending on your pet’s age, we have different suggestions for the amount of annual wellness checkups he or she should receive. Puppies and kittens should be brought in to our office much more frequently during the first few months of their lives to be administered the additional parasite screenings and vaccinations they need to grow up healthy and strong. Older pets should also receive more preventative care, as they are increasingly susceptible to illness later in life. Regardless of your dog or cat’s age, the early detection and prevention services that our comprehensive wellness exams provide are the key to providing your pet with a long and happy life.

Please speak with one of our veterinary professionals to discuss your dog or cat’s immunizations, dental health, and dietary needs to ensure that your pet is on an optimal plan for good health.

We encourage you to address questions or concerns about your pet’s health with us during your appointment.
